We only collect what we need to give you an estimate and do the work:

What you send us. Your name, phone number, email, project address, and whatever you tell us about your project — through our website chat widget, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Photos you share. Images of your space that you send us so we can quote accurately.
Basic usage data. Pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site.

We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or financial account details through this website.

To prepare and send you an estimate
To schedule and carry out work you hire us for
To reach you about your project, and to follow up on a quote you requested
To understand which pages and ads bring us real customers, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly

We do not sell your information. We do not trade or rent contact lists to anyone.

Cookies and Advertising

This site uses Google tools, including Google Ads conversion tracking (tag AW-1020666499). These place cookies that let Google recognise a returning browser and tell us that a visit turned into a phone call or a quote request. They may also be used for remarketing — showing you our ads on other sites after you visit ours.

Our chat button opens a conversation in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Once you are in WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not ours. We see the messages you send us and the phone number you send them from.

Who We Share It With

Only where it is needed to do the job or run the business:

Trade partners — the licensed electrician, plumber, or engineer working on your project, who need the address and scope
Permitting authorities — city or county offices, where a permit application requires it
Service providers — our website host, our CRM, and Google’s advertising tools
Where the law requires it

How Long We Keep It

Project records are kept as long as needed to support any warranty on the work and to meet tax and record-keeping requirements. If you asked for a quote and never hired us, tell us and we will delete your details.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@housegenius.pro or call (737) 341-6611. We will not make you jump through hoops. To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to any text, or just tell us.

Children

This site is meant for homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
